	We carry a full range of peat based composts from Levington and Gem with occasional promotional offers from Erin.
We have commisioned our own brand of compost which is made to exacting commercial standards. This is our fastest selling compost which we also use exclusively to grow on the nursery (beware once bitten forever smitten)
	For those growing in loam based compost (John Innes) we have a full range including specialist varieties such as Ericaceous. John Innes is especially good for the winter due to it's fine draining qualities and ideal for containers placed in areas exposed to the wind. The extra weight compared to peat based compost adds stability.
If growing in peat based compost is an issue, then we carry the full range of Gem Peat Free Organic compost. Made from recycled green waste and fine barks we have found that this peat alternative is as good as it gets. It's a nice medium to plant into, it works and it's not expensive. The product carries the HDRA approval.
	We carry all grades of bark, and are sure to have one that is suitable for your individual requirements. Bark is excellent as a mulch and weed suppressant but varies in quality.
If you want a luxury look on your borders be prepared to spend a little more and get a premium grade. It looks better and lasts longer.
